This regional beacon presages the India AI Impact Summit 2026, proclaimed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the France AI Action Summit, slated for February 16 20 in New Delhi. As the Global South’s inaugural AI conclave, it convenes world leaders, policymakers, and tech vanguard to sculpt responsible, equitable, impact driven artificial intelligence. Jointly helmed by MeitY’s IndiaAI Mission and Madhya Pradesh’s Science and Technology Department, the Bhopal prelude cements AI as the bedrock of transparent, efficient governance, catalysing economic vitality and fortifying digital public infrastructure for a resilient republic.
