Khatima, July 2026: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met citizens and public representatives at the camp office located at Lohiyahead Heliport and listened carefully to their problems and suggestions. He directed officials to ensure that every complaint is resolved quickly, transparently and with quality on a priority basis.
Dhami said public service is the core purpose of the government and that resolving common people’s issues in a timely manner remains one of the state government’s top priorities. He asked officials to examine each grievance sensitively and provide effective solutions so that people are not forced to make repeated visits to offices.
He said the government is working with the mantra of simplification, solution and satisfaction. According to him, governance and administration are meaningful only when citizens receive quick and satisfactory redressal of their concerns. He urged officials to deal with public-interest matters with full seriousness, transparency and sensitivity.
After the public interaction, the Chief Minister distributed assistive devices to persons with disabilities and senior citizens at the Khatima camp office. A total of 27 दिव्यांगजनों received 77 assistive aids, while 22 senior citizens were given 113 devices and support items. These included 11 battery rickshaws, 14 wheelchairs, 18 commode chairs, 6 tricycles, 24 hearing machines, 40 knee braces, 13 crutches, along with walkers, walking sticks, silicone cushions and CP chairs.
He also handed over the keys of a Bolero vehicle to Nari Shakti Gram Sangathan Gadarpur and Satyamev Jayate CLF Bazpur under the Gramothan REAP scheme, while Ekta CLF Gadarpur received a food van.
The programme was attended by State Ministers Anil Kapoor Dabbू, Kishan Singh Kinna, Gambhir Singh Dhami, Ranjeet Singh Namdhari and Mohini Pokhariya, along with District Magistrate Nitin Singh Bhadoriya, Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Ganpati, VC Jai Kishan, Chief Development Officer Divesh Shasani, Additional District Magistrate Kaustubh Mishra, District Social Welfare Officer Aman Aniruddh and several other public representatives and officials.
